The Indian Institute of Management, Raipur is inviting applications for the admission to the PhD programme in Management (Practice Track) for the academic year 2024-2025. Interested candidates can apply at the official IIM Raipur website — iimraipur.ac.in.

As per the official notice by IIM Raipur, the application deadline has been extended till November 17, 2024. The scholar is expected to complete the programme in four years. Under exceptional circumstances, an extension may be granted to the scholar. In any case, the entire programme should finish within seven years. If a scholar fails to complete the requisite academic works for PhD in Management (Practice Track) programme within this specified period, then s/he has to withdraw from the programme. The scholar’s registration will be terminated on the completion of seven years.

The four-year PhD programme is specifically designed for experienced management professionals, providing a platform to explore their educational career through a combination of scholarly learning with practical managerial, entrepreneurial, and professional expertise. The doctoral programme in Management (Practice Track) offers specialization in various domains like Economics & Public Policy, Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Human Resource Management (HRM) & Organizational Behaviour (OB), Humanities & Liberal Arts (Including Business Communication) Marketing Management, Operations and Quantitative Techniques, Strategic Management.

Students with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, or a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/ BTech/ BArch) from a recognised institution, or working professionals having CA/ ICWA, PGP/ EPGP/ PGPWE from IIMs with more than six years of work experience in managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience or in any industry are eligible for this PhD programme.
