Anirudh Ravichander to compose for Nani’s film with Srikanth Odela
Even as the Telugu audience are celebrating the music of Anirudh Ravichander in the recent Jr NTR film Devara Part 1, the announcement of his reunion with Nani has taken social media by storm. This project, directed by Srikanth Odela, marks the third collaboration between Nani and Anirudh. Both their previous projects — Nani’s Gangleader and Jersey — continue to be labelled as two of the top albums in both the actor and composer’s career.

Backed by Sudhakar Cherukuri’s Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Cinemas, the film, tentatively titled Nani Odela 2, marks the reunion of the actor with his Dasara director. While there were reports about Anirudh being roped in for this project, the makers officially announced the inclusion on the occasion of the composer’s birthday.
This project joins Nani’s lineup of films, including HIT: The Third Case. Directed by Sailesh Kolanu who helmed the previous two instalments of the franchise, HIT: The Third Case would feature Nani in the role of a no-nonsense cop, Arjun Sarkar. The film also features Srinidhi Shetty, and interestingly, Nani’s character was introduced in the epilogue of the second instalment featuring Adivi Sesh in the lead.
