CGSOS Board Exams 2024: The Chhattisgarh State Open School (CGSOS) on January 16 released the datesheet for board exams 2024. Students can check the full schedule for CGSOS Class 10 and 12 exams 2024 at the official CGSOS website — sos.cg.nic.in.

As per the official schedule, the higher secondary examination (Class 12) will start from March 9 and conclude on April 6, and the high school examination (Class 10) will start from March 3 and continue till April 3, 2024. Exams will be conducted from 1:45 pm to 5 pm.

“Even if any holiday or local holiday is declared by the government during the examination period, the examinations will still be conducted as per schedule,” the official notice stated.

Last year, a total of 65,557 students registered (35,364 boys and 30,193 girls) for the CGSOS Class 10 exam of which, 62,051 students appeared and the result was declared for 57,105 students. In Class 12, a total of 37,471 students registered for the exams, out of which 34,161 appeared.

In 2023, 9,653 students secured the first division, 15,180 students secured the second division and 11,801 students secured the third division. The overall pass percentage was 65.46 per cent. The girls pass percentage, as per the board was 67.72 per cent which is better than the boys whose pass percentage is 63.56 per cent. A total of 37,383 students passed the Class 12 or higher secondary exams.
