Diddy faces new sexual assault lawsuits, including claims involving a minor

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new series of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, including one involving a 16-year-old boy.

These lawsuits, filed anonymously to protect the identities of the accusers, include allegations from two women and four men. This is the first time Combs has been sued over claims involving a minor.

The lawsuits, filed in federal court in Manhattan, describe incidents dating back to the mid-1990s. They allege that Combs used his fame and power to lure victims to lavish parties and drug-fueled gatherings, where he then assaulted them. Some claim they were drugged, beaten, or threatened with violence.

The allegations include incidents at Diddy’s famous white parties, a Brooklyn event celebrating his collaborator Biggie Smalls, and even in a storeroom at Macy’s in Manhattan.

The lawsuits are part of a growing number of claims against Combs, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by several individuals in recent months. His legal team denies the allegations, calling the claims meritless and accusing the media of creating a “circus” around the accusations.

Combs, 54, is also facing federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. He remains in custody and has pleaded not guilty.

Despite his lawyers’ attempts to secure bail, judges have denied his release, citing concerns that he poses a danger to the community. His trial is set for May 2025.
