IPL MI Team 2025 Players List: Mumbai Indians complete players list, squad

IPL MI Team 2025 Players List: Mumbai Indians entered the IPL 2025 mega auction after having retained their superstar quartet of Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, and Suryakumar Yadav. The Mumbai Indians franchise is looking to move on from the blip of 2024, where they had finished at the bottom of the table. On a pretty sedate IPL Mega Auction Day 1 for the franchise, MI made some late splashes to craft reunions with Trent Boult, Naman Dhir and Karn Sharma while roping in a young wicket-keeper in Robin Minz.

On Day 2, MI made two interesting early bidding by snapping up Deepak Chahar and Afghanistan’s mystery spinner Allah Ghazanfar.

A returning Hardik Pandya’s first captaincy stint ended on a low amid constant boos and jeers at MI’s home stadium at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. With Hardik rejuvenating his identity by powering India to the T20 World Cup title, Mumbai have managed to keep him in charge of a side that comprises three national team captains, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, and Suryakumar Yadav. The move to retain Tilak Varma also proved to be a fine tactical call after the left-hander recently became the first Indian to crack three successive T20 tons.
