Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video box office collection Day 2: Despite negative reviews, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, the Dussehra release of the year, has been doing decent business at the box office. While the film, starring stars Rajkummar Rao, Tripti Dimri, Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raaz, Tiku Talsania, and Archana Puran Singh in key roles, made a collection of Rs 5.25 crore on Day 1 of release, Day 2 was a little better.

As per industry tracker Sacnilk, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video earned around Rs 6.75 crore India net on its second day. This took the total collection of the film to Rs 12 crore.

The movie opened to overwhelmingly negative reviews. The Indian Express film critic Shubhra Gupta gave the Rajkummar Rao-starrer a one-and-a-half-star rating and wrote, “It is a sluggish film that relies on too many cheap jokes. The comedy film has exactly five lines that make you chuckle.” She added, “Small-town India with their repressed young couples getting it on has been milked dry, and the challenge is real: where will you find the laughs? Out come the risible-cheap jokes which land with a thump, and exactly five lines which will make you crack a smile.”

Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and produced by T-Series, Balaji Telefilms, and Thinkink Picturez.
